1. [AB] Bag of the Don: Sigeo always carries his trusty bag on his person. He can at any given time open it up and draw forth nearly any conceivable item to potentially deal pain out to whomever has decided to face him.
2. [AB] Theme Music: Whenever Sigeo is around, music that seems to be ripped from the Godfather can be heard. This music grows louder the closer Sigeo is.
3. [AB] Portal Hole: Being a toon Sigeo has access to the infamous black spot which defies all laws of reality. Allowing him to slap it down and make his way to any area he is already familiar with.

Spells(Choose 3: Have the [SP Level ?] Tag, Can Only be [SP Level 1] at start)
1. [SP-1] Dumb-dumbs: Sigeo draws an oversized revolver and loads in large rounds with excessively doofy looking faces before firing them.
2. [SP-1] Ice 'em: Sigeo whistles sharply and opens his bag. A group of small cats carrying buckets of ice will pour out and dump the ice on his opponent, stunning them by freezing them in place if successful.
3. [SP-1] Smoke 'em out: Sigeo takes a massive drag of his cigar, reducing it to merely a bud before blowing a massive plume of toxic smoke at his opponent. Naturally he pops another cigar into his mouth afterwards.

Skills(Choose 3: Have the [SK Level ?] Tag, Can Only be [SK Level 1] at start)
1. [SK-1] Look what the cat dragged in!: Sigeo opens his bag and stuffs his opponent inside. They'll soon find themselves being thrown into a room full of very mafia esque cats, all of whom are armed and ready to rumble. Shortly after they are thrown back out of the bag.
2. [SK-1] Cat's outta the bag: Sigeo reaches into his bag, grumbling and grunting in pain before finally pulling a very angry looking cat out of the bag. He then proceeds to throw it towards his opponent with a devious grin.
3. [SK-1] Ignorance is Bliss: Just don't look down and gravity ceases to exist! (Glide)

Signature Melee(Make 3, Just Flavor: Have the [ML ?] Tag, Can Only be [ML Untrained] at start)
1. [ML Untrained] Re-clawed: Sigeo takes a pair of brass knuckles with claw attachments from his pocket and swipes at his opponent.
2. [ML Untrained] Heads up!: Sigeo reaches into his bag and gives his opponent a sign which reads, "dunce." Moments later an anvil will strike them from above.
3. [ML Untrained] Hissy Fit: Sigeo throws his hat on the ground and begins to let loose a flurry of incomprehensible words and sounds, quickly building up a cloud of dust that will capture his opponent causing them to be dragged into his tantrum.

Appearance: Sigeo appears to be your typical cartoony cat say for being dressed up in a suit and fedora. He wears a pair of glasses which never seem to fall from his eyes despite not having any means of being attached to his head. He is also always seen sporting a very large cigar which he shows off proudly.

Backstory: An ancient toon by all means, he started off being funny and full of comic relief until his show took a controversial toon. In an effort to draw in a more mature audience he was made to bring more violence and dark undertones to his show. At the time this was very ill received, resulting in his show being canceled and Sigeo becoming something of an outcast in the toon community. Now he just wanders around stirring up trouble in comical ways and making sure everyone knows who the top do-... cat is.
